"The Love Life Revolution"
Laurie shares the awkward tale of discovering sexuality. It's a "blushing" subject that is not often talked about. She carries the story one step further and shares what happens when you "give yourself" to someone and then how abortion will emotionally incapacitate a person.
Laurie recognizes that this as a difficult subject but she shares real experience and is sensitive, mixing it with some light humour. I was a teenager once too ... you know?.
It's definitely considered the "elephant in the room", yet shares a miracle story, a real life story that is much needed to be heard by today's young people.
Her message to young people in Christian & Catholic Schools, and Church Youth groups is clear, passionate and sometimes ... humorous
• God established marriage. It was His idea first.
• Marriage is a covenant, a promise to each other before God and witnesses … above a legal contract.
• Sex is not an extra curricular activity for fun, it’s beautiful and it also comes with great responsibility.
• The difference between Lust and Love.
• Sexual sin is the only sin that the Bible says is actually a sin that you commit against yourself. 1 Corinthians 6:19
