Diana Kagwiria Kamwibua

Dr. Diana Kamwibua is an Assistant Professor of Management at Iona University’s LaPenta School of Business, where she teaches Principles of Management, Management of Healthcare Organizations, and Healthcare Industry Analysis. Her research examines nonprofit board leadership and governance oversight, with a focus on how boards shape financial sustainability in U.S.-based organizations operating globally. Her work has been presented at the International Society for Third-Sector Research (ISTR) and The Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action (ARNOVA) and contributes to emerging debates on governance, leadership, and accountability.
