Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program
The Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) at Iona University supports undergraduate students pursuing careers in STEM, health, and licensed professions. As an interdisciplinary program, CSTEP brings together students from diverse fields, fostering a collaborative community where students can learn from each other and explore new opportunities. Through mentoring, skill-building workshops, and a growing peer network, CSTEP empowers students to excel academically, engage in research and experiential learning, and achieve their professional goals. We are excited to support our cohort as they pursue their passions and prepare for meaningful careers.
What We Do
CSTEP provides students with guidance, opportunities, and experiences that strengthen academic performance and professional readiness. Students connect with faculty, alumni, and campus partners while developing skills and gaining hands-on experience through research, internships, and service-learning projects. Workshops, conferences, and networking events help students build professional competencies and explore diverse career pathways. By combining mentorship with access to campus resources, CSTEP equips students with the knowledge, experience, and connections needed to pursue their goals.
